Veritas Speaker Series: Bill Mumma

On December 12th, we were honored to host Bill Mumma for our final Veritas Speaker Series of 2023. Bill Mumma is the Board Chairman of both the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students). He and his wife, Kathy, live in Summit, New Jersey, and have six children and 18 grandchildren.

In his talk, Bill conveys the essence of our times—an apostolic age where embracing faith is not enough; we are called to actively propose it, defend it, and even suffer for it. This collective mission resonates deeply as we mold the future leaders of our nation here at St. John Paul the Great.

We're excited to share a recording of the presentation below. Additionally, if you're interested in delving into the book Bill referenced during his talk, you can find it here.

Religious freedom is not the end game, it’s simply the key to unlock the door. When the door is open, we need evangelists. We need to preach the gospel. We need to bring people to Christ.
