Meet Brennan Pecha

Dr. Brennan Pecha is a scientist and leader who values his role as a dedicated father and husband. He currently serves as the science lead for a startup that connects ranchers to technologies and financing for environmental improvements. Before this, Brennan worked as a computational and experimental scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), where he made notable contributions within the Renewable Resources and Enabling Sciences Center. His research is reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, demonstrating his commitment to advancing scientific knowledge. Brennan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Dallas.

Brennan and his wife Colleen, along with their five children, reside in Littleton, CO, where they serve their local community through their church and volunteering at Marisol Health.

Through his educational journey, he has developed a profound appreciation for the natural world as God's creation. Brennan strives to imbue his children and students with this wonder, igniting their curiosity and fostering life-long learning.
