Meet Becca Caudle
What advice do you have for parents considering JPG?
Visit JPG: Don’t take someone else's word for it…come and see St. John Paul the Great for yourself. Come see the joy on our students’ faces, come discuss your goals for education with our president and principal, come and witness the passion of our teachers. That energy is what drew me to move my life across the country to work here, and it is certainly what caused our founding families to enroll. Come and see!

Becca joins the JPG team as the Vice President for Admissions and a school leadership team member.
With a decade of enrollment and admissions experience in higher education, Becca brings a wealth of skills and strategies to our school. She was most recently the Director of Undergrad Admissions at Benedictine College, her alma mater. She begins in late April at JPG after moving from Kansas!
How did you end up here after years in college admissions?
To put it plainly, the Lord reminded me that it was time for a new challenge. I spent the last ten years in higher education admission and enrollment, and I realized I was being called to something more.
In my years leading admissions at the college level, I’ve learned many tricks – but the most important is that strong and vibrant relationships are the key to success. Relationships have ultimately led me here to JPG: the energy of the founding team, the commitment of the parents to their children’s education, and the bond between students… it’s incredible! After much prayer, I simply couldn’t pass on being a part of such an exciting mission and challenge.
How do you see your role in growing the school?
I am so excited to play an active role in the growth and the future of the school. Over the last ten years I have served as a lead recruiter, team manager, event planner, and project coordinator. I am so thrilled to bring these skills into an already dynamic team to continue the great work that has begun at JPG. In short, my goal is simply to see this school grow into the home for students it was meant to be – and to be a school people (nationwide) will be talking about as the place to send your kids in Denver.
What is your dream for JPG?
My ultimate dream for St. John Paul the Great is to help create a thriving, dynamic community that is deeply rooted in the faith and completely committed to students and their development, both academically and personally.
